What I learnt through the Follow up calls

currently doing follow up calls. still has a lot more to do.

The mistakes I realised I've made are:

• To be really really clear with what I want to say before making the call
• Imagine how or what it's like for the person on the line hearing what you say. Is it making sense?
• Rehearse mentally before making the call.
• Remember to smile
• Remember to sound upbeat. (cos if you're not excited, why would they be excited to hear what you've got to say)
