The things I need to remember are:
- Ask for permission to talk
- Promise to be brief.
- Ask when will be a good time to call back
- Get To The Point
- Keep a smile
- Explain why you are calling - Tell the prospective buyer why I am calling from the onset, but frame it in their best interest.
- Prepare what needs to be said before making the call
- Best times to call are Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday morning.
